If you are short on time and would like to cover as much ground as possible, then I highly recommend the Hong Kong Island Half Day Tour, it takes you to the highlights: Victoria Peak for sweeping views of the Harbour, Aberdeen Fishing Village, for a snapshot of traditional life, Stanley Market in the Southern end of the Island, where you can haggle, do some souvenir shopping, or enjoy the waterfront, to name a few.
